Did you know the vinegar functions as an awesome rinse agent in your washing machine?! 
  • Removes any soap residue
  • Keeps your washing machine in clean shape - attacks mold and mildew in your machine (to clean your washing machine, I suggest up to a cup of vinegar in an empty washer or a washer with clean towels!)
  • Keeps your clothing from fading (soak your new dark colored t-shirts in vinegar and it sets the color - they last longer!)
  • Prevents static cling (BUT the best preventer is either air drying or not overdrying in your dryer!)
  • Vinegar is mild enough to not harm your fabrics (we suggest 1/4-1/2 cup to replace your fabric softener in either a softener ball or fabric softener compartment).
Now -- however helpful vinegar is, a large percentage of moms want their vinegar to smell yummy!

You can either drop 5-10 drops of essential oils in your vinegar wash OR you can purchase 1 ounce of a variety of our fragrance oils.  You use 1-2 teaspoons per gallon of vinegar, and just be sure to shake before you use to disperse the oils :O)

These 1 ounce bottles should last you 1-3 gallons of vinegar, depending on how strong you like your scent. 

Your clothes will come out of the dryer smelling lightly of the scent you choose.
